Blanc Boutique Return and Exchange Policy

At Blanc, we are committed to providing quality products and service to our customers. Please take a moment to read our return and exchange policy, which adheres to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as outlined by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

1. Refunds for Faulty Goods

We take product quality seriously. If any item you have purchased from us is faulty, does not match the description, or is not fit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under Australian Consumer Law.

Please note:

  • Faulty goods must be reported and returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, tax invoice) must be provided.
  • Goods that have been damaged through misuse or improper care are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will only be applicable to Faulty products where replacement or repair is unavailable - all other returns will be offered store credit or exchange

2. Exchange or Store Credit

If you change your mind or would like a different size, colour, or style, we offer an exchange or store credit. Please Note we do not provide Refunds for general returns (with the exception of faulty goods) 

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Returns for exchange or store credit must be made within 7 Business days of purchase.
  • The returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached, unworn, and unused.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Postage cost for an exchange is at buyers expense at a flat rate of $15, we cover the extra cost of postage over this amount. 

3. Conditions for Return

For any return, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • The item must be in the original condition with all labels and tags attached.
  • Blanc Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these requirements.

4. How to Return Items

To initiate a return, please:

  • Contact us at sales@blancboutique.com.au to arrange your return or visit us in-store.
  • Provide your proof of purchase and details of the item(s) being returned.
  • Ensure the item is securely packaged if returning via post and allow for the return window when selecting your shipping option, we also suggest adding insurance for peace of mind.

5. Exclusions

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Sale items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Earrings due to hygiene reasons
  • Swimwear (If any hygiene stickers have been tampered with)
