Blanc Boutique Shipping Policy

At Blanc Boutique, we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We partner with Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery across Australia. Please read our shipping policy below for details on how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed, whenever possible. Please note we are closed Mondays, all orders from Sat-Mon will be expressed Tuesdays.
  • If same-day dispatch is not available, your order will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for processing during peak times or for larger orders, although we make every effort to send out your items as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Options

We offer express shipping via Australia Post for all items:

  • Flat rate of $15 for express shipping on all orders.
  • Complimentary express shipping on orders over $250
  • Exchanged items will incur a flat rate of $15 for postage, we cover the additional amount above this. 

3. Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on Australia Post's services. Express shipping typically delivers orders within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

4. Order Confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
  • If you still cannot locate the email, please contact us at sales@blancboutique.com.au

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship Australia-wide. If you are located in a remote area, please allow additional time for delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your delivery via Australia Post's tracking system.
